National Express Dundee announces three service changes to be introduced from Sunday 22nd November 2009 to routes which are partly funded by Dundee or Angus Councils.
"These routes are important to the communities they serve and we appreciate the support of the Local Authorities, without which, these services would not be commercially viable in their current formats." In each instance it is a case of 'Use it or Lose it'
Services 2 and 4 A new combined half hourly service serving Lochee, Dryburgh and Camperdown Park from the High Street/ Primark leaving at quarter past and quarter to the hour during the day. The 2s will serve St John's High School arriving at 0836 and departing at 1538. Off-peak services commence at 0639 from Dryburgh and the last service arrives back into the City Centre at 2313.

"We are pleased to be continuing to support Lochee from the North and the South and welcome the plans for regenerating the area which we hope will increase patronage, which has fallen in recent years."
Service 23 and 24 Passenger numbers continue to grow on the City Centre to Woodside/Tannadice area since its introduction in August. Following feedback from passengers the route and timings have been modified and the journey time from Woodside to the City Centre has been reduced to 20 minutes.
This off-peak weekday service augments the main services to Woodside which use Old Glamis Road (Services 18 and 19) and Clepington Road (Services 7/8 and 14).

Service 30 and 31 Launched in April this year, with the support of Angus Council, it has provided the residents in the Angus villages of Liff, Fowlis, Birkhill and Muirhead with a service into Dundee. The new revised timetable which has been developed in consultation with both passengers and the NHS has been extended to Ninewells Hospital and the Technology Park and from January 25th 2010 out to Invergowrie. This is the first time we have been able to offer the residents of Invergowrie a direct link between the communities in Perth and Kinross with Dundee City and Angus as well as to Ninewells Hospital and the large superstore in South Road.
